After nearly 20 years of unremitting efforts, China has established the Chinese characteristics of food production enterprises HACCP (Hazard Analysis of the critical control point) official verification and certification management system.

    This is the day in Beijing held the thirteenth session of China HACCP application and certification seminar revealed the information.

    The HACCP Seminar aims to enhance the level of HACCP research and practical application in China to help, guide and standardize China's food production enterprises to establish and implement HACCP system, implement the responsibility of quality and safety, and discuss HACCP to solve the problem of HACCP, the relevant person in charge of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. System in the establishment, implementation and certification process in the new problems, and jointly promote the development of food safety and certification.

    According to reports, around the HACCP application and certification, China has formed a "government guidance, regulatory norms, industry self-discipline, enterprise control, science and education support, certification to promote, media, consumer response, the whole society to participate in" co-governance model. So far, China has issued a total of 4020 HACCP certification, 3926 enterprises certified. A total of about 4,000 export food enterprises HACCP system through the official inspection and quarantine agencies to verify the quality of domestic and export food safety and effective play an effective role.

    Since 2002, China National Certification and Accreditation Administration has held the 12th National HACCP Application and Certification Seminar, and there are more than 3,000 delegates from domestic and foreign governments, enterprises, research institutes and certification bodies.
